I'm Corey Leavitt. I design replacement parts, adapters, fixtures and small products, mostly for people I never meet in person.

How it works

You send photos and measurements, or a 3D scan, of the part and whatever it attaches to.
If it has to fit something, I send a small test piece of just that part first. You print it, try it, and tell me how it fits.
You get a STEP file for any CAD program or machine shop, an STL to print, and the material and settings I'd print it with.

I quote every job before I start. Changes after the first fit are part of the job.
